Easy to make right.

Every item is custom-made and printed just for you by our production partner, Dashery. Because each item is made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or has another visible quality issue, we’ll help make it right.

Returns & Exchanges

Every item from The Wolf & The Butterfly is custom-made and printed to order by our fulfillment partner, Dashery.

Returns

Returns are available for qualifying orders. Return requests must normally be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date, and items must be unworn and unwashed.

Approved returns are refunded for the purchase price of the item. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

Size Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, Dashery offers a free size exchange.

Once an item has been exchanged, it is no longer eligible to be returned for a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has a printing or quality issue, please contact Dashery customer support within 30 days. Dashery may ask for photos or other reasonable information showing the problem so they can resolve the issue.

Qualifying damaged-item claims may be resolved with a replacement, voucher, or other appropriate remedy according to Dashery’s current support policy.

Order support, returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, and refund questions are handled directly by Dashery, our fulfillment partner.

Refund Timing

Dashery states that refunds typically clear on their end within 24–48 hours, although your bank or payment provider may take longer to post the refund.
